A point from the message "A Pattern of a Person Used by God to Turn The Age"

God needs a man like Daniel, the overcomer, who was a self-sacrificing man with the spirit of martyrdom. This characteristic cannot appear spontaneously or overnight. In order to gain this characteristic, we need to contact and experience the sacrificing Christ more and more. The more we do this, the more we will know Him and the more we will know how great, how good, how gracious, how amazing, and how loving Christ is. Consequently, His love of affection will constrain us to live for Him, and to die for Him.  (2 Corinthians 5:14-15)

To live for Him sounds good, but to die for Him does not sound really enjoyable to me, is it? But paradoxically, the result of this is that we will be among the happiest persons in the world, because we will be able to enjoy the Lord every time, and we will be praising Him all the day long. Moreover, we will provide happiness for God and also for others.

Wow, what an amazing life we will have! Let's be the overcomers, the self-sacrificing men with the spirit of martyrdom.
